COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 9, 2011)- USA Volleyball is proud to announce the members of the U.S. Women’s Junior Continental Team that will train and compete at the U.S. High Performance Championships from July 20-30 in at the Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, Ariz. The U.S. Women’s Junior Continental Team will compete in the International Junior Division opposing other U.S. teams, Region High Performance teams and international teams.

Middle blockers selected for the teams are Amanda Baker (Neoga, Ill., Top Spin Volleyball Club, Gateway Region), Deseree McCray (Columbia, S.C., Magnum VBC, Palmetto Region) and Jacqueline Skeen (White Plains, N.Y., Downstate, Garden Empire Region).

Selected as outside hitters are Haley Bonneval (Mandeville, La., Louisiana Volleyball, Bayou Region), Darian Dozier (Sandy Springs, Md., Metro American Juniors, Chesapeake Region), Gabriella Lutjen (Smithtown, N.Y., Marist College, Garden Empire Region) and Regan Youngs (Homewood, Ala., Team Sting, Southern Region).

Setters are Ciara Brown (Fort Myers, Fla., Virginia Commonwealth University, Florida Region) and Kyleigh Lucia (Lubbock, Texas, Guns Up, Sun Country Region).

Liberos are Colby Joseph (Bakersfield, Calif., Jamba, Southern California Region) and Jordan Reifsteck (Aurora, Ill., Oswego East High School, Great Lakes Region).

The head coach for the U.S. Women’s Junior Continental Team will be Blaine Tendler and the assistant coach is Jen Fry.
