I am writing to inform you how pleased I have been with your Cobra Volleyball Net System.  I bought one of the first Cobras made, back when the company was based in Northern California.  I have used this net steadily for more than 10 years.  Currently, this net gets used twice a week with my outdoor group in Sacramento, CA.  We play mostly grass doubles and three-on-three.  I have found the Cobra Volleyball System to be second to none due to its ease of setup, durability of the equipment, and increased playing area due to its lack of guy wires.  Before I joined them, the group used to play on one of those other net systems, and ever since they saw the Cobra we've been using my net for our games.

Over the course of the last decade, the Cobra has only needed a handful of replacement parts, all of which your company has provided with World-Class customer service.  I recently replaced the top rope per your concise instructions, and the Cobra is back to playing like new.  I have visited your headquarters in Arizona, and I have found your organization to be extremely customer-oriented and professional. Thanks for creating such an amazing product.  There's a group in Sacramento that wouldn't be enjoying volleyball nearly as much without the Cobra.  Consider me a lifelong fan of the Cobra Volleyball Net!
